Compared with 37 Island staple fibers which are commonly used in the market, 16 Island staple fibers are easier to comb in non-woven production links, and have higher dyeing rate in dyeing links. Besides, super-fiber leather made by using 37 Island staple fibers is with stronger surface expansion and more suitable for the development of high-end automotive interior decorative products.
At present, in terms of 16 sea-island fiber the company can produce two kinds of products. They are alkali-reduced Polyester Island and alkali-reduced nylon island. Additionally, the company can produce 2-5D (dtex) various fiber number norms of products.
