    On October 7th, the on-site observation activity of key industrial projects in the county visited Dazheng Texian.     Linyi Dazheng Special Fiber New Material Co., Ltd. is a provincial-level high-tech enterprise, provincial-level specialized and new enterprise, and provincial-level gazelle enterprise specializing in the production of special fibers. It has applied for 5 national patents. The new island fiber quality improvement and environmentally friendly water-based ultrafine fiber synthetic leather industrialization project covers an area of 6600 square meters with a total investment of 100 million yuan. The core of the project is the innovative technology and production process of special fibers. This project's polyester recyclable sea component fixed island fiber mild opening and sea component regeneration technology fills the gap in the upgrading of fixed island type sea island fiber technology in China. The solvent system and sea components can both be recycled, which is of great significance for improving the quality and efficiency of China's island composite fiber industry chain, and promoting low-carbon and environmentally friendly development. It is expected that after the project is fully operational, the existing spinning capacity of 15000 tons/year can be fully utilized, with an annual sales revenue of 250 million yuan and an annual profit and tax of over 30 million yuan.
