Recently, the China Synthetic Leather Green Supply Chain Industry Innovation Strategic Alliance was established in Lanzhou. Da Zheng Te Xian, as a founding member unit, attended the founding conference of the alliance.

The China Synthetic Leather Green Supply Chain Industry Innovation Strategic Alliance is a joint venture between the Synthetic Leather Committee of the China Plastics Processing Association and the Zero Emission Contracting Brand Organization Federation of Hazardous Chemicals(abbreviationZDHCLed by multiple companies in the fields of artificial leather, synthetic leather, base fabric, resin, and island fiber, including Dazheng Special Fiber.

China is the world's largest producer and exporter of synthetic leather, as well as a major polluter in traditional synthetic leather production. But currently, the European UnionREACHRegulations require the harmless treatment of synthetic leather products, including dimethylformamide(DMF)Residual less than15 ppmThis has seriously affected the export of synthetic leather products in China. It is urgent to establish a green supply chain industry innovation alliance for synthetic leather to lead the industry forward, in response to the serious environmental pollution caused by traditional synthetic leather production processes in China and the inability of product standards to meet the export standards of some countries and regions.

As a non-profit industry organization, the alliance will be committed to conducting academic exchanges, joint technological breakthroughs, and developing national standards among franchise units, comprehensively promoting the control of toxic chemicals, leading the upgrading and transformation of green environmental protection in the production and management of the domestic synthetic leather industry chain, and promoting the environmental and consumer safety of China's synthetic leather supply chain. The establishment of this strategic alliance enriches the local government's control measures for toxic chemicals, and is of great significance for optimizing regional industrial layout, promoting the development and growth of water-based materials and synthetic leather industries, and promoting the sustained, healthy, and stable development of industrial economy.
