The development of colored Island fibers is achieved by Dazheng

Colored island fiber is always rare in the market, but it is extremely desired by downstream customers. The reasons are as follow. Firstly, colored island fiber can reduce the dyeing link of downstream customers, effectively reducing production costs. Secondly it can reduce environmental pollution to a great extent.           

The development of colored Island fibers is quite difficult. But after more than one year's research, development and trial-production by our scientific research and production personnel, the production technology of black island fibers has been conquered by our company in 2018. At present, the company has been able to stabilize mass production and provide PNT reductions black sea-island fiber and alkali-reduced black sea-Island fiber to the market in batch.           

At the same time, the development of yellow island fibers has been preliminarily completed. And trial-production and technology fixing processes are under way. The next step is that our company will continue to develop other color series of island fibers. We will lead the development of the whole industry technology and constantly reduce the production and environmental costs of the entire industrial chain at the same time through continuous products innovation.
