Our company has launched a series of colored figured island fibers

According to the market demand, our company has successfully developed blue phase-black, red, blue, green, orange, yellow and other nylon figured sea-island fiber series. At the same time, we cooperate with a masterbatch company which is powerful in development to develop black, brown, grey and other colored polyester figured island fibers and orange petal fibers series.

Compared with dyed fibers, colored fibers produced by using color masterbatch with strong corrosive resistant solvent have many advantages such as high color fastness, no color migration and no sewage discharging in producing process. Besides, they have high cost performance. Compared with the indefinite island colored fibers, the same colored light, chroma and higher physical properties can be attained by using a lower amount of color masterbatch.
