The front spinning production line 3 of Dazheng Special Fiber Workshop 2 has been officially put into operation

On August 30, 2017, after intense installation and debugging in the early stage, our company's No. 2 workshop's No. 3 spinning production line was officially put into operation. So far, our company's production capacity of island fiber has reached 9000 tons.

It only took 6 months from project initiation to installation and commissioning of production line 3 in workshop 2, during which the equipment installation personnel put in arduous labor.

The third production line of front spinning in Workshop 2 has been redesigned and optimized in terms of process flow; In terms of equipment selection, following the principle of high and not low, the main equipment adopts the most advanced domestic equipment, and some key equipment is purchased from abroad. Compared to existing production line products, the quality stability of products on Line 3 has been greatly improved.

The commissioning of Line 3 further solidifies the foundation for Dazheng Special Fiber to explore the market and provide customers with higher quality island fiber products.
