With close collaboration between the technology and production departments, we have successfully developed 16 island alkali reduced nylon island fixed island short fiber and 16 island alkali reduced polyester island fixed island short fiber products. Compared to the commonly used 36/37 island short fibers in the market, 16 island short fibers are easier to comb in the non-woven process and have a higher dyeing rate in the dyeing process. The resulting microfiber leather has a stronger surface texture and is more suitable for the development of high-end automotive interior products.
